As an educator, teaching basic goat care is an important part of our service. We do not simply breed and sell dairy goats. If you are interested in purchasing a goat from our farm, we will want to spend time with you teaching you basic goat care like hoof trimming, feeding schedules for babies, monitoring your goat's worm load by checking their eyes using a famancha score, milking techniques, knowing what to look for when your mama goat is about to have her babies, proper feeding and housing, and so much more. We spend summers hosting FFA students and local ag clubs who want to own or show dairy goats.  While we do not offer goat yoga at our farm, I can attest to the fact that if you are outside pulling weeds in your front yard and the baby goats are out foraging in the yard, they will jump on your back to entertain themselves!
